Universal Assessments
There are several checklists and instruments that are helpful in assessing the status of planning and implementation of schoolwide PBIS. These assessments are particularly useful for developing action plans and for gauging progress.

Collaborative Team Checklist (for Universal Team)

-- Submitted twice per year, on September 15 and March 15Family Engagement Checklist
-- Submitted twice per year, on September 15 and March 15EBS (Effective Behavior Support) survey
-- Completed by all faculty and staff online once each year in March or April.
Finally, the Schoolwide Evaluation Tool, or SET, is conducted annually in the spring by an outside evaluator.
The regular completion and review of these checklists and assessments will help guide the universal team, the faculty and the administration toward areas needing further attention or developments in the PBIS effort.
Targeted Assessments
There are five assessment instruments to help establish priorities and gauge progress on targeted interventions. These include:
