Workshops and Training

The descriptions of trainings specify the purposes and intended audience of each event. Simply click on the name of an event which interests you to find out more about it. If you choose to register, you will be prompted to create (or enter, if you have already created one) a login and password to set up a professional development record in your name. The system will then maintain and track your attendance at professional development events in a transcript that can be printed out at your leisure.

NH CEBIS offers a variety of training days, workshops and fee-for-service opportunities for ongoing professional development. Some are centralized trainings, offered in conjunction with regular onsite consulting, that are designed for schools that are in an existing PBIS cohort. Others are open workshops designed for educators and administrators from any school or preschool, depending on the topic.

In addition to the posted workshops and trainings posted online, NH CEBIS offers a selection of workshops and trainings series that can be brought to an individual school or district for staff development and early release workshop days. • Registering

  • How can I register for a PBIS training?

    When you view the listing of PBIS trainings , just click on the event for which you want to register. This will bring you to an event page with additional details about the day. If the registration period is open, you will be able to click on a link that says "Register Now." This will bring you to a login screen.

    If this is the first time you have used the online registration system, you will need to create an account. Click the second line under the boxes where it says "Create an Account and Register" and fill in the requested fields. Make a note of the login and password that you select, as you will be prompted for these when you register for future PBIS training events. If you have used the system before and have forgotten your password, you can have the systemm send you this information automatically. Click the first line under the boxes and type in the email address you have used to register for previous trainings. Your login and password will be sent to this email acccout within 10 minutes.

• Getting Transcripts

  • How do I get proof of attendance or a transcript for the trainings I attended?

    With the advent of online registration, NH CEBIS will no longer issue certificates for training events. Instead, you may access the Registrant Database using your login and password at any time to view and print a transcript of the events you have attended since the online system was launched in February 2006.

    Along the left side of your account page, click "CEU's and Contact Hours". This brings up a screen that shows the names and dates of trainings attended, along with the number of contact hours awarded. This screen can be printed at any time for submission or inclusion in your professional development folder.

    You may also view descriptions and additional details about current registrations, as well as descriptions of past trainings you have attended by clicking on the appropriate heading in the left list of links.

  • What other types of professional development are offered through SERESC?

    SERESC (Southeastern Regional Education Service Center) in Bedford offers a wide variety of trainings, workshops and seminars on topics of interest to educators. The full list of opportunities is posted and updated online.
